Energy Valve Zero Touch Provisioning - Automated device configuration for Belimo Energy Valves in data center cooling infrastructure.
What is EV-ZTP?
EV-ZTP automates the provisioning of Belimo Energy Valve devices. Each device ships with DHCP enabled and needs to be configured with a static IP, BACnet ID, location, and control mode before registration in the Building Management System (Schneider EBO).
Network Architecture
- • DHCP subnet - Unconfigured devices
- • Static subnet - Configured devices
- • Switch provides DHCP client list
Provisioning Steps
- 1. Fetch device serial numbers
- 2. Match to CSV configuration
- 3. Configure location, BACnet, IP
- 4. Verify configuration
